About Bernie
Bernie has been a licensed Realtor since 1991, and completed the Brokers licensing program in 2006. He holds two professional designations (FRI) Fellow of the Real Estate Institute, and (CRES) Certified Real Estate Specialist. Very few Realtors in Edmonton have achieved these designations. He also received his certificate in Land Economics and Real Estate from the University of Alberta in 1995. He is a member of the Realtors Association of Edmonton, the Alberta Real Estate Association, and the Canadian Real Estate Association. Bernie is also a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and is past President of the Edmonton chapter. He is also a Commissioner for Oaths.
Bernie is a consistent sales leader and in 2002 became a member of the Edmonton Real Estate Boards prestigious Medallion Club. This award is given to the top 5% of all Realtors in the Edmonton region.
